The diagnostic visit is $125. If the repair qualifies and is completed, $50 may be applied toward that repair. Eligibility is confirmed before work begins.
02Do I book an appointment instantly?+
No. Choose a preferred date and a morning or afternoon service window. Pool Solutions will review the job details and confirm the appointment by text.
03What are appointment hours?+
Normal residential appointments are offered Monday through Friday in morning or afternoon windows. No holiday appointments are offered.
04What problems are escalated?+
Major leaks or flooding, an electrical or burning smell, no circulation or a dead pump, urgent heater trouble, and an upset customer specifically asking for the owner are escalated.
05Do you service commercial pools?+
No. Pool Solutions currently specializes only in residential pool equipment.
06Do you offer weekly cleaning?+
Not directly. Pool Solutions focuses on equipment repair and installation. The cleaning-partner section on the homepage will list independent local cleaning providers as they are approved.
07Do I need to be home?+
Not always. Provide working gate or access instructions and tell us about pets. Access is reviewed when your appointment is confirmed.
08Can I send photos and videos?+
Yes. Clear photos of the equipment pad, equipment labels, leaks and error codes can help us prepare. The service-request form accepts images and short videos.
09Which equipment do you service?+
Pumps, cartridge filters, gas heaters, heat pumps, salt systems, traditional and nicheless lights, automation and visible equipment-pad plumbing.
10Which brands do you work with?+
Common equipment includes Jandy, Pentair, Hayward, AquaCal and MOOV. Compatibility and model availability are verified before a replacement is recommended.
11How long does an appointment take?+
Approximate planning times are: filters 1 hour; pumps and salt systems 1.5 hours; heaters 3 hours; lights 1–3 hours. Automation and complex plumbing depend on scope.
12What is included in a home-sale equipment inspection?+
The inspection reviews the visible condition and operation of pumps, filters, heating, salt systems, automation, lights and equipment-pad plumbing, followed by a clear condition report.
13Can you help with equipment warranty records?+
Yes. Installation records can include the model, serial number and installation date. Manufacturer registration, coverage and eligibility depend on the specific product and warranty terms.
