To stay responsive while I am in the field, I use AI-assisted call and text intake alongside the website service form. These tools collect job details, photos and appointment requests for my approval. Urgent situations are escalated directly to me. The technology helps with communication; I remain responsible for every diagnosis, recommendation, appointment and repair.
